附 則
This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the Civil Code Amendment Act comes into effect; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 103-2, Article 103-3, Article 267-2, Article 267-3, and Article 362 come into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この法律は、民法改正法の施行の日から施行する。ただし、第百三条の二、第百三条の三、第二百六十七条の二、第二百六十七条の三及び第三百六十二条の規定は、公布の日から施行する。
