第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement (April 1, 2016) of the provisions listed in Article 1, item (iii) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act Partially Amending the Electricity Business Act, etc., and Other Matters (hereinafter referred to as the "Amending Act").
この政令は、電気事業法等の一部を改正する等の法律（以下「改正法」という。）附則第一条第三号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成二十八年四月一日）から施行する。
