This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Flood Control Act and the Act on Sediment Disaster Countermeasures for Sediment Disaster Prone Areas (July 1, 2005).
この政令は、水防法及び土砂災害警戒区域等における土砂災害防止対策の推進に関する法律の一部を改正する法律の施行の日（平成十七年七月一日）から施行する。
