第一条（施行期日）
This Cabinet Order comes into effect on the date of enforcement of the Act Partially Amending the Road Transportation Act and the Act on Temporary Measures for Optimization of Taxi Business (February 1, 2002).
この政令は、道路運送法及びタクシー業務適正化臨時措置法の一部を改正する法律の施行の日（平成十四年二月一日）から施行する。
