Any dispute between a dispatched worker and a staffing provider with regard to any of the particulars referred to in paragraph (1) of the preceding Article and any dispute between a dispatched worker and a client with regard to any of the matters referred to in paragraph (2) of that Article are governed by the provisions of the following Article through Article 47-10, and the provisions of Articles 4 and 5 and Articles 12 through 19 of the Act on Promoting the Resolution of Individual Labor-Related Disputes (Act No. 112 of 2001) do not apply to such disputes.
