If a staffing provider discontinues its worker dispatching services, it must file a notification with the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare of this without delay pursuant to the provisions of Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
When a notification under the provisions of the preceding paragraph is filed, the license referred to in Article 5, paragraph (1) ceases to be effective.
