Supplementary Provisions, Article 10Transitional Measures Concerning Forced Administration Procedures

With regard to a case of forced administration for which a petition was filed before the Effective Date, an enforcement measure or other act taken before the Effective Date under the provisions of the Former Civil Enforcement Act is, for the purpose of applying the provisions of the Civil Enforcement Act as amended by the provisions of Article 3, deemed to be an enforcement measure or other act taken under the corresponding provisions of that Act.
