第三条（時効の中断に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 24 of the new Act to the claim which is the purpose of a conciliation under Article 14, paragraph (1) of the Act on Equal Opportunity and Treatment between Men and Women in Employment prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 1 that is pending in the committee at the time this Act comes into effect, the conciliation is deemed to have been applied for at the time this Act comes into effect.
