Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Act on General Rules for Incorporated Administrative Agencies (Act No. 66 of 2014; hereinafter referred to as the "General Rules Amendment Act") comes into effect.
この法律は、独立行政法人通則法の一部を改正する法律（平成二十六年法律第六十六号。以下「通則法改正法」という。）の施行の日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 29Transitional Measures Concerning Penal Provisions
第二十九条（罰則に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of penal provisions to an act committed before this Act comes into effect, and to an act committed after this Act comes into effect in a case where provisions are to remain in force pursuant to the provisions of these Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前にした行為及びこの附則の規定によりなおその効力を有することとされる場合におけるこの法律の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
