Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures concerning Special Provisions on the Promotion of Dispute Resolution
第二条（紛争の解決の促進に関する特例に関する経過措置）
With regard to a dispute subject to the mediation referred to in Article 5, paragraph (1) of the Act on Promoting the Resolution of Individual Labor-Related Disputes (Act No. 112 of 2001) that is pending before the dispute coordinating committee referred to in Article 6, paragraph (1) of that Act (hereinafter referred to as the "committee") at the time this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 16 of the Act on Equal Opportunity and Treatment between Men and Women in Employment as amended by the provisions of Article 1 (hereinafter referred to as "the new Act").
この法律の施行の際現に個別労働関係紛争の解決の促進に関する法律（平成十三年法律第百十二号）第六条第一項の紛争調整委員会（以下「委員会」という。）に係属している同法第五条第一項のあっせんに係る紛争については、第一条の規定による改正後の雇用の分野における男女の均等な機会及び待遇の確保等に関する法律（以下「新法」という。）第十六条の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
