第三条（検討）
In the case where three years have elapsed after this Act comes into effect, if the government finds it necessary in light of the status of enforcement of the Act on Employment Security of Elderly Persons as amended by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act"), the government is to review the provisions of the New Act and take necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後三年を経過した場合において、この法律による改正後の高年齢者等の雇用の安定等に関する法律（以下「新法」という。）の施行の状況を勘案し、必要があると認めるときは、新法の規定について検討を加え、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
