To the extent necessary for enforcing the provisions of this Section, the prefectural governor may issue to a silver human resources center an order necessary for the supervision of the operations prescribed in Article 38, paragraph (1) (including cases where applied by replacing the terms pursuant to the provisions of Article 39, paragraphs (5) and (6); the same applies in the following Article).
都道府県知事は、この節の規定を施行するために必要な限度において、シルバー人材センターに対し、第三十八条第一項（第三十九条第五項及び第六項の規定により読み替えて適用する場合を含む。次条において同じ。）に規定する業務に関し監督上必要な命令をすることができる。
