Article 25-31Registration of Labor and Social Security Attorney's Associations
第二十五条の三十一（社会保険労務士会の登記）
A labor and social security attorney's association must register as specified by Cabinet Order.
社会保険労務士会は、政令で定めるところにより、登記をしなければならない。
Matters that must be registered under the provisions of the preceding paragraph may not be asserted against a third party until after registration.
前項の規定により登記をしなければならない事項は、登記の後でなければ、これをもつて第三者に対抗することができない。
