Except where otherwise provided in the articles of incorporation, all members of a labor and social security attorney corporation have the right and the obligation to execute its business.
社会保険労務士法人の社員は、定款で別段の定めがある場合を除き、すべて業務を執行する権利を有し、義務を負う。
Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, with regard to dispute resolution procedure representation business in a labor and social security attorney corporation whose purpose is to conduct dispute resolution procedure representation business, only members who are specified labor and social security attorneys (hereinafter referred to as "specified members") have the right and the obligation to execute that business.
紛争解決手続代理業務を行うことを目的とする社会保険労務士法人における紛争解決手続代理業務については、前項の規定にかかわらず、特定社会保険労務士である社員（以下「特定社員」という。）のみが業務を執行する権利を有し、義務を負う。
