To establish a labor and social security attorney corporation, the labor and social security attorneys who are to become its members must draw up articles of incorporation.
社会保険労務士法人を設立するには、その社員になろうとする社会保険労務士が、定款を定めなければならない。
The provisions of Article 30, paragraph (1) of the Companies Act (Act No. 86 of 2005) apply mutatis mutandis to the articles of incorporation of a labor and social security attorney corporation.
会社法（平成十七年法律第八十六号）第三十条第一項の規定は、社会保険労務士法人の定款について準用する。
The articles of incorporation must state at least the following particulars:

name;
名称
the location of the office;
事務所の所在地
names and addresses of members;
社員の氏名及び住所
matters concerning contributions by members;
社員の出資に関する事項
matters concerning the execution of business.
