第三条
Necessary transitional measures regarding the amount of a retirement allowance in the case where a covered employee under a pre-effective-date retirement allowance mutual aid contract retires on or after the Effective Date are specified by Cabinet Order.
施行日前退職金共済契約の被共済者が施行日以後に退職した場合における退職金の額に関し必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
