第十条（罰則）
In the case where a person fails to make the report under Article 8, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions or makes a false report, or refuses, obstructs or evades the inspection under that paragraph, the officer or employee of the entrusted financial institution who committed the violation is subject to a non-penal fine of 200,000 yen or less.

In the supplementary provisions (附則) of Act No. 164 of 2002, a financial institution entrusted under Article 6, paragraph (1) or Article 7 of those supplementary provisions with part of the Organization for Workers' Retirement Allowance Mutual Aid's work of managing and collecting the loan claims referred to in Article 10 of the supplementary provisions of Act No. 39 of 2002; the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare (厚生労働大臣) may require reports from it and inspect it.
