第十七条（時効に関する経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern the extinctive prescription of the right to receive a refund of application money that arose before the Effective Date, and of the right to receive a refund of application money that arose on or after the Effective Date in the case where the provisions then in force are to continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of Article 2 of the Supplementary Provisions.
