第九条（政令への委任）
Transitional measures necessary for the enforcement of this Act, beyond what is prescribed in Article 2 through the preceding Article of the Supplementary Provisions, are specified by Cabinet Order.
附則第二条から前条までに規定するもののほか、この法律の施行に関して必要な経過措置は、政令で定める。
