附 則
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
The provisions of the National Tax Collection Act as amended by the provisions of Article 10 of this Act (hereinafter in this paragraph referred to as the "New Act") apply to public auctions pertaining to public notices given pursuant to the provisions of Article 95 of the New Act on or after the day this Act comes into effect.
第十条の規定による改正後の国税徴収法（以下この項において「新法」という。）の規定は、この法律の施行の日以後に新法第九十五条の規定により行う公告に係る公売について適用する。
