Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 2002.
この法律は、平成十四年四月一日から施行する。

第百三条（国税徴収法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Claims relating to the retirement mutual aid pension among the Transitional Agriculture and Forestry Mutual Aid Pensions, and to the retirement pension, the reduced retirement pension and the combined-period retirement pension among the Transitional Agriculture and Forestry Pensions, are deemed to be salary, etc. prescribed in Article 76, paragraph (1) of the National Tax Collection Act, and the provisions of that Article apply.
移行農林共済年金のうち退職共済年金並びに移行農林年金のうち退職年金、減額退職年金及び通算退職年金に係る債権は、国税徴収法第七十六条第一項に規定する給料等とみなして、同条の規定を適用する。
