In the case falling under any of the following items, the person who committed the violation is punished by a fine of 200,000 yen or less:
次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合には、その違反行為をした者は、二十万円以下の罰金に処する。
if Article 9-3, paragraph (3) (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 9-5, paragraph (3)) is violated;
if an Order of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism based on Article 84-2, paragraph (4) is violated.
