Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures

With regard to a transaction for which permission has been obtained under the provisions of Article 25 of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Control Act prior to amendment by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Former Act") that requires permission under Article 25, paragraph (1) of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Control Act as amended by this Act (hereinafter referred to as the "New Act"), under an order based on the provisions of paragraph (2) of that Article, or under the provisions of paragraph (3) of that Article, the transaction is deemed to be one for which permission under paragraph (1) of that Article, under an order based on the provisions of paragraph (2) of that Article, or under the provisions of paragraph (3) of that Article, respectively, has been obtained.
