Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying Partial Amendment of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Control Act
第二条（外国為替及び外国貿易管理法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
A person that, at the time the provisions of Article 5 come into effect, has obtained permission for a change of the name or location of a business office engaged in foreign exchange services or currency exchange business under the provisions of Article 10, paragraph (3) of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Control Act prior to amendment by the provisions of Article 5 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 14, paragraph (2) of that Act), or that has filed an application for such permission, is deemed to have made the notification under the provisions of Article 10, paragraph (4) of the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Control Act as amended by the provisions of Article 5 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 14, paragraph (2) of that Act).
第五条の規定の施行の際現に同条の規定による改正前の外国為替及び外国貿易管理法第十条第三項（同法第十四条第二項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定による外国為替業務若しくは両替業務を営む営業所の名称若しくは位置の変更の許可を受けている者又はその申請を行つている者は、第五条の規定による改正後の外国為替及び外国貿易管理法第十条第四項（同法第十四条第二項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定による届出を行つたものとみなす。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 8Transitional Measures Concerning Penal Provisions
第八条（罰則に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Act (or, for the provisions set forth in the items of Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions, those respective provisions) comes into effect and to acts committed after the provisions of Article 11 come into effect in the cases where the provisions then in force continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of Article 4 of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律（附則第一条各号に掲げる規定については、当該各規定）の施行前にした行為及び附則第四条の規定により従前の例によることとされる場合における第十一条の規定の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
