附 則
The date on which this Act comes into effect is specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding 30 days from the date of promulgation.
この法律施行の期日は、公布の日から起算して三十日を越えない期間内において、政令で定める。
A labor union that is a corporation at the time this Act comes into effect is deemed to be a labor union that is a corporation under the provisions of this Act; provided, however, that it must receive certification by the Labour Relations Commission that it is in compliance with the provisions of this Act within 60 days from the day on which this Act comes into effect.
この法律施行の際現に法人である労働組合は、この法律の規定による法人である労働組合とみなす。但し、この法律施行の日から六十日以内にこの法律の規定に適合する旨の労働委員会の証明を受けなければならない。
A person who is a member of a Labour Relations Commission at the time this Act comes into effect is to remain in office until the day on which the person's term of office expires, except when dismissed pursuant to the provisions of this Act, and the director-general of the secretariat and other staff members of a Labour Relations Commission, unless a separate letter of appointment is issued to them in accordance with laws and regulations, are deemed to have been appointed pursuant to the provisions of this Act, and are to remain at the same grade and receive the same salary.
この法律施行の際現に労働委員会の委員である者は、この法律の規定によつて罷免される場合を除く外、その任期満了の日まで在任するものとし、労働委員会の事務局長及びその他の職員は、法令に従つて別に辞令を発せられないときは、この法律の規定によつて任命されたものとみなされ、同級に止まり、同俸給を受けるものとする。
The provisions of the Labor Union Act prior to the amendment (Act No. 51 of 1945) continue to govern the handling of cases pending before a Labour Relations Commission at the time this Act comes into effect.
この法律施行の際現に労働委員会に係属中の事件の処理については、なお改正前の労働組合法（昭和二十年法律第五十一号）の規定による。
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律の施行前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
The phrase "Labor Union Act (Act No. 51 of 1945)" in other Acts is replaced with "Labor Union Act (Act No. 174 of 1949)".
他の法律中「労働組合法（昭和二十年法律第五十一号）」を「労働組合法（昭和二十四年法律第百七十四号）」に改める。
