Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of the day specified by Cabinet Order within a period not exceeding six months from the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から起算して六月を超えない範囲内において政令で定める日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 31Transitional Measures Associated with the Partial Amendment of the Labor Union Act
第三十一条（労働組合法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
If the date on which this Act comes into effect precedes the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Labor Union Act (Act No. 140 of 2004) comes into effect, with regard to the application of the provisions of Article 31, paragraph (2) of the Labor Union Act during the period until the day before the date on which that Act comes into effect, the term "capacity" in the proviso to that paragraph is deemed to be replaced with "capacity to act".
この法律の施行の日が労働組合法の一部を改正する法律（平成十六年法律第百四十号）の施行の日前である場合には、同法の施行の日の前日までの間における労働組合法第三十一条第二項の規定の適用については、同項ただし書中「能力」とあるのは、「行為能力」とする。
