A prefectural council on medical service facilities is established in the prefectures in order to carry out investigations and deliberations on particulars placed under their jurisdiction by this Act, and in order to carry out investigations and deliberations on significant particulars related to ensuring the system for providing medical care in the relevant prefecture in response to consultations with the prefectural governor.
この法律の規定によりその権限に属させられた事項を調査審議するほか、都道府県知事の諮問に応じ、当該都道府県における医療を提供する体制の確保に関する重要事項を調査審議するため、都道府県に、都道府県医療審議会を置く。
Any necessary particulars concerning the organization and operation of a prefectural council on medical service facilities is stipulated by Cabinet Order.
