A court may appoint an inspector so as to have them carry out the necessary investigations for the supervision of the dissolution and liquidation of a medical corporation.
裁判所は、医療法人の解散及び清算の監督に必要な調査をさせるため、検査役を選任することができる。
The provisions of the preceding two Articles apply mutatis mutandis to where the court has appointed an inspector as prescribed in the preceding paragraph. In this case, the term "liquidator and the auditor" in the preceding Article is replaced with "medical corporation and the inspector".
