A medical corporation, pursuant to an Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, must submit the following documents to the prefectural governor within three months after the end of each fiscal year:
医療法人は、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、毎会計年度終了後三月以内に、次に掲げる書類を都道府県知事に届け出なければならない。
the auditor's audit report.; and
in the case of a medical corporation set forth in Article 51, paragraph (2), the audit report of a certified public accountant, etc.
第五十一条第二項の医療法人にあつては、公認会計士等の監査報告書
The prefectural governor, pursuant to the provisions of an Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, must make the articles of incorporation, act of endowment, or documents submitted under the preceding paragraph available for inspection upon request.
都道府県知事は、定款若しくは寄附行為又は前項の届出に係る書類について請求があつた場合には、厚生労働省令で定めるところにより、これを閲覧に供しなければならない。
