The president has the authority to represent the medical corporation and to perform any and all judicial or extrajudicial acts concerning the business of the medical corporation.
理事長は、医療法人を代表し、医療法人の業務に関する一切の裁判上又は裁判外の行為をする権限を有する。
The restrictions placed on the authority set forth in the preceding paragraph can not be asserted against a bona fide third party.
前項の権限に加えた制限は、善意の第三者に対抗することができない。
The provisions of Article 46-5-3, paragraphs (1) and (2) apply mutatis mutandis to the case where the position of the president is vacant.
