A medical corporation must possess the assets necessary for it to operate.
医療法人は、その業務を行うに必要な資産を有しなければならない。
Necessary particulars concerning the assets set forth in the preceding paragraph are to be as prescribed by an Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, in accordance with the scale, etc. of medical care functions established by the medical corporation.
