The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may provide the necessary advice to the prefectures regarding the method of preparing medical care plans and other key practical particulars regarding the preparation of medical care plans.
厚生労働大臣は、医療計画の作成の手法その他医療計画の作成上重要な技術的事項について、都道府県に対し、必要な助言をすることができる。
In addition to what is provided for in the preceding paragraph, the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare is to provide the necessary advice to prefectures regarding the implementation of the particulars listed in Article 30-4, paragraph (2), items (iv) to (vi) as prescribed in the medical care plan, so that the setting of the targets set forth in item (i) of that paragraph, effective initiatives for achieving those targets, and the implementation of evaluations of the effects of those initiatives are comprehensively promoted.
前項に定めるもののほか、厚生労働大臣は、医療計画において定められた第三十条の四第二項第四号から第六号までに掲げる事項の実施について、同項第一号の目標の設定並びに当該目標の達成のための実効性のある取組及び当該取組の効果に係る評価の実施が総合的に推進されるよう、都道府県に対し、必要な助言を行うものとする。
