Except where there is a special provision in laws and regulations or where special measures are taken within the scope of the budget, the costs required for the dispatch of disaster and infectious disease medical care workers or medical teams under an agreement are to be defrayed by the prefecture.
法令に特別の定めがある場合又は予算の範囲内において特別の措置を講じている場合を除くほか、協定に基づく災害・感染症医療業務従事者又は医療隊の派遣に要する費用は、都道府県が支弁するものとする。
A prefecture may claim reimbursement from another prefecture for those of the costs prescribed in the preceding paragraph that it defrayed for support provided in relation to activities to ensure disaster and infectious disease medical care implemented by the governor of that other prefecture.
都道府県は、前項に規定する費用のうち、他の都道府県の知事により実施された災害・感染症医療確保事業につき行つた応援のため支弁した費用について、当該他の都道府県に対して、求償することができる。
