第二条（検討）
The government is, with a target of five years after this Act comes into effect, taking into account the status of enforcement of this Act, etc., to review how regulation under the provisions of the Medical Care Act, etc. as amended by this Act should be, and if it finds it necessary, take necessary measures based on the results.
政府は、この法律の施行後五年を目途として、この法律の施行の状況等を勘案し、この法律により改正された医療法等の規定に基づく規制の在り方について検討を加え、必要があると認めるときは、その結果に基づいて必要な措置を講ずるものとする。
