第十四条（再免許の交付に関する経過措置）
With regard to the application of Article 7, paragraph (3) of the Medical Practitioners' Act as amended by the provisions of Article 4 to a person who received a disposition regarding revocation under Article 7, paragraph (2) of the Medical Practitioners' Act before amendment by the provisions of Article 4 before the Effective Date, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
施行日前に第四条の規定による改正前の医師法第七条第二項の規定による取消処分を受けた者に係る第四条の規定による改正後の医師法第七条第三項の規定の適用については、なお従前の例による。
