第三条
With regard to measures necessary to eliminate an act that existed before the enforcement of the provisions prescribed in the proviso to Article 1 of the Supplementary Provisions in violation of the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (1) of the Act on Prohibition of Private Monopolization and Maintenance of Fair Trade prior to amendment or Article 17 of that Act (limited to the part pertaining to Article 11, paragraph (1) of that Act), the provisions then in force continue to govern.
附則第一条ただし書に規定する規定の施行前にあった改正前の私的独占の禁止及び公正取引の確保に関する法律第十一条第一項又は第十七条（同法第十一条第一項に係る部分に限る。）の規定に違反する行為を排除するために必要な措置については、なお従前の例による。
