第七条
With regard to jurisdiction over cases in which prosecution was instituted before this Act comes into effect, the provisions before amendment continue to govern even after the amended provisions of Article 85, item (iii) come into effect.
この法律施行前に公訴の提起のあつた事件の管轄は、第八十五条第三号の改正規定施行後も、なお改正前の規定による。
