When the employer of two or more applicable places of business is the same, the employer may merge the two or more places of business into one applicable place of business with approval from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
When the approval referred to in the preceding paragraph is obtained, the relevant two or more places for business are no longer deemed to be applicable places for business.
