Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 7, paragraph (1) of the Public Accounting Act (Act No. 35 of 1947), the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare may have JPS collect insurance premiums as specified by Cabinet Order in cases of collection specified by Cabinet Order.
The provisions of Article 100-11, paragraphs (2) through (6) of the Employee's Pension Insurance Act apply mutatis mutandis to collection executed by JPS pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph. In this case, the necessary technical replacement of terms is specified by Cabinet Order.
厚生年金保険法第百条の十一第二項から第六項までの規定は、前項の規定による機構が行う収納について準用する。この場合において、必要な技術的読替えは、政令で定める。
