Even before the due date, all insurance premiums may be collected in the following cases:
保険料は、次に掲げる場合においては、納期前であっても、全て徴収することができる。
a person obliged to pay falls under any of the following:
納付義務者が、次のいずれかに該当する場合
the person receives a disposition of delinquency due to delinquency in payment of national tax, local tax, or other public charges;
国税、地方税その他の公課の滞納によって、滞納処分を受けるとき。
compulsory execution is implemented;
強制執行を受けるとき。
notice of a decision to commence bankruptcy proceedings has been given;
破産手続開始の決定を受けたとき。
the exercise of an enterprise mortgage has begun;
企業担保権の実行手続の開始があったとき。
proceedings for the exercise of an enterprise value charge have begun;
企業価値担保権の実行手続の開始があったとき。
an auction has begun;
競売の開始があったとき。
a corporation obliged to pay is dissolved; or
法人である納付義務者が、解散をした場合
the office at which an insured person is employed is abolished.
