A health insurance society must specify the particulars listed below in its constitution:
健康保険組合は、規約において、次に掲げる事項を定めなければならない。
its name;
名称
the location of its office;
事務所の所在地
the name and location of the applicable place of business related to the establishment of the health insurance society;
健康保険組合の設立に係る適用事業所の名称及び所在地
particulars relating to its meetings;
組合会に関する事項
particulars relating to officers;
役員に関する事項
particulars relating to its members;
組合員に関する事項
particulars relating to insurance premiums;
保険料に関する事項
particulars relating to reserves and other particulars related to property management;
準備金その他の財産の管理に関する事項
particulars relating to giving public notice; and
公告に関する事項
beyond the particulars listed in each of the preceding items, particulars specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
前各号に掲げる事項のほか、厚生労働省令で定める事項
No change to the health insurance society's constitution referred to in the preceding paragraph (except those pertaining to matters specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare) has effect without the authorization of the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
前項の規約の変更（厚生労働省令で定める事項に係るものを除く。）は、厚生労働大臣の認可を受けなければ、その効力を生じない。
If a health insurance society makes an amendment to its constitution with regard to matters specified by Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare referred to in the preceding paragraph, it must notify the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare of the amendment without delay.
健康保険組合は、前項の厚生労働省令で定める事項に係る規約の変更をしたときは、遅滞なく、これを厚生労働大臣に届け出なければならない。
