内閣総理大臣は、次に掲げる処分をしたときは、速やかに、その旨を財務大臣に通知するものとする。ただし、第七十九条の五十三第三項の規定により財務大臣に通知したときは、この限りでない。
Upon rendering any of the following dispositions, the Prime Minister is to promptly notify the Minister of Finance of this; provided, however, that this does not apply if the Prime Minister notifies the Minister of Finance pursuant to the provisions of Article 79-53, paragraph (3):
第二十九条若しくは第三十三条の二の規定による登録（第二十九条の登録においては、当該登録を受けた金融商品取引業者が第一種金融商品取引業（第二十八条第一項に規定する第一種金融商品取引業をいう。以下この号において同じ。）を行うものに限る。）又は第三十一条第四項の規定による変更登録（第一種金融商品取引業を行う者以外の者が第一種金融商品取引業を行う者とする旨の変更登録及び第一種金融商品取引業を行う者が第一種金融商品取引業以外の業務のみを行う旨の変更登録に限る。）
a registration under the provisions of Article 29 or Article 33-2 (for the registration referred to in Article 29, this is only if a financial instruments exchange services provider that has obtained the registration engages in type-I financial instruments business (meaning the type-I financial instruments business prescribed in Article 28, paragraph (1); hereinafter the same applies in this item)), or the registration of a change under Article 31, paragraph (4) (limited to the registration of a change indicating that a person other than a person engaged in type-I financial instruments business has become a person engaged in type-I financial instruments business, or the registration of a change indicating that a person engaged in type-I financial instruments business is to only engage in business other than type-I financial instruments business);

an order for the suspension of all or part of the business under the provisions of Article 156-32, paragraph (1); or

内閣総理大臣は、次に掲げる届出を受理したときは、速やかに、その旨を財務大臣に通知するものとする。
Upon accepting any of the following notifications, the Prime Minister is to promptly notify the Minister of Finance to that effect:
第五十条の二第一項又は第七項の規定による届出
a notification under the provisions of Article 50-2, paragraph (1) or (7);
第五十七条の十八第二項の規定による届出
a notification under the provisions of Article 57-18, paragraph (2);
第六十条の七（第六十条の十四第二項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定による届出
a notification under the provisions of Article 60-7 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 60-14, paragraph (2));
第六十七条の十六の規定による届出（認可金融商品取引業協会が登録する店頭売買有価証券の売買の全部の停止又はその停止の解除に係るものに限る。）
a notification under the provisions of Article 67-16 (limited to a notification of the suspension of all purchase and sales of over-the-counter traded securities registered by an authorized financial instruments firms association, or notification of the cancellation of that suspension);

第百五十五条の八第二項の規定による届出
a notification under the provisions of Article 155-8, paragraph (2).
第百五十六条の五の十第一項又は第二項の規定による届出
a notification under the provisions of Article 156-5-10, paragraph (1) or (2);
第百五十六条の二十の二十一第三項の規定による届出
a notification under the provisions of Article 156-20-21, paragraph (3).
内閣総理大臣は、認可金融商品取引業協会又は金融商品取引所につき、第七十七条の六第四項又は第百五十四条の規定による通知を受けたときは、速やかに、その旨を財務大臣に通知するものとする。
If the Prime Minister receives a notice under the provisions of Article 77-6, paragraph (4) or Article 154 concerning an authorized financial instruments firms association or financial instruments exchange, the Prime Minister is to promptly notify the Minister of Finance to that effect.
