Supplementary Provisions, Article 7
第七条
A person that has obtained permission as prescribed in Article 4, paragraphs (1) through (3) or Article 4-2 of the former Act before this Act comes into effect is deemed to have obtained the permission respectively prescribed in the provisos of Article 16, paragraphs (1) through (3) or the proviso of Article 17 of the new Act.
