Any person who has violated the provisions of Article 44, Article 54, paragraph (4), Article 56, paragraph (4), or Article 80 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 86 and Article 88, paragraph (2)) is subject to imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine of not more than 500,000 yen.
