A person to whom any of the following items applies, is subject to a fine not exceeding 200,000 yen.
次の各号のいずれかに該当する者は、二十万円以下の罰金に処する。
a person who, contrary to the provisions of Article 10, paragraph (1), has failed to give notification of their place of residence.
a person who, contrary to the provisions of Article 10, paragraph (2), has failed to give notification of their new place of residence.
a person who has contravened the provisions of Article 11, paragraph (1), or Article 16 (excluding paragraph (5)).
