Article 4Stating the Date of Notification of Place of Residence in the Special Permanent Resident Certificates, etc.
第四条（住居地届出日の特別永住者証明書への記載等）
When the head of municipalities is to record the place of residence or the new place of residence on a special permanent resident certificate pursuant to the provisions of Article 10, paragraph (3) of the Act, the head is to record the date of notification made by submitting the special permanent resident certificate, together with the place of residence, and to record that date by electronic or magnetic means.
市町村の長は、法第十条第三項の規定により特別永住者証明書に住居地又は新住居地の記載をする場合には、併せて、当該特別永住者証明書を提出してした届出の年月日を記載し、及び電磁的方式により記録するものとする。
