第二条（退職金等に関する経過措置）
The provisions then in force continue to govern the amount of a retirement allowance in the case where a covered employee under a retirement allowance mutual aid contract that took effect before the day on which this Act comes into effect (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date") (hereinafter referred to as a "pre-effective-date retirement allowance mutual aid contract") retires before the Effective Date.
