第十四条（主務大臣等）
With respect to procedures for the establishment of the Organization before the date on which this Act comes into effect, the competent minister, the competent ministry and the order of the competent ministry under the General Rules Act with respect to the Organization are the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare and an Order of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, respectively.
この法律の施行の日前における機構の設立に関する手続については、機構に係る通則法における主務大臣、主務省及び主務省令は、それぞれ厚生労働大臣、厚生労働省及び厚生労働省令とする。
