第十六条
Where the amount of a retirement allowance and the amount of a cancellation refund calculated pursuant to the provisions of Article 7 through the preceding Article of the Supplementary Provisions has a fraction of less than one yen, it is rounded up to one yen.
附則第七条から前条までの規定により算定される退職金の額及び解約手当金の額に一円未満の端数があるときは、これを一円に切り上げるものとする。
