第八条（名称の使用制限等に関する経過措置）
With respect to a person that is actually using the name "Workers' Retirement Allowance Mutual Aid Organization" at the time this Act comes into effect, the provisions of Article 49 of the New Act do not apply for six months after this Act comes into effect.
この法律の施行の際現に勤労者退職金共済機構という名称を使用している者については、新法第四十九条の規定は、この法律の施行後六月間は、適用しない。
